The famous pioneer spirit of Arlberg.  From the first ski-race in the Alps, Austria´s first T-bar lift or the first heated chairlifts worldwide, which opened 2004 in Lech and Schröcken, in the midst of Austria´s largest connected skiing area and one oft he worldwide big Five, we the Seekopf Team, salute you – our Guest!

More than 60 years ago, on the 23rd of december 1957 the Seekopfbahn was inaugurated as a doublechairlift. 1978 was the birthyear of our beloved Seekopf Restaurant!

Our Team consists of over 30 souls. Waiters/waitresses, bus boys & girls, beverage dispensing staff, selfservice Kiosk team, dishwashers, foodrunners, cooks and temporary help.

In order to open this restaurant to the public, we need to start at 7 am.  There is 464 seating capacity (including the Kiosk selfservice section) on the terrace alone, 221 guest fit inside.  On sunny winterdays it can get really busy.

Our recipes sing stories about our homestate of Vorarlberg and the world, our products are primarily from Austria. A visit here will always pay off, you are in for some culinary surprises! Have a peek into our Menu…
